I’ve got Valentine’s Day on the brain. It’s the next big holiday that we have to look forward to. At least, the next big one that we can have fun with when it comes to food and decorating. Thinking about Valentine’s Day made me think of chocolate. And thinking of chocolate made me think of these yummy chocolate crepes. Mmmm….let’s review.

Few things are better together than chocolate and berries. One of the only things that can improve upon that combination is a drizzle of rich, creamy buttermilk sauce. The base of this decadent brunch treat is the crepes. Don’t let the French name intimidate you–crepes are a cinch.
